Company Overview: GoGuardian is leading education technology company providing tools to manage and protect student devices and deliver equitable instruction through two portfolio suites, GoGuardian (GoGuardian Teacher, Admin, & Beacon) and Pear Deck Learning (Pear Deck, Pear Assessment, Pear Deck Tutor, and Pear Practice).

Challenge: Amplify the impact of GoGuardian and Pear Deck within the education community by showcasing real-world success stories from customer testimonials. 

My Role: As the Lead Program Planner, Content Manager, and Writer for this initiative, I spearheaded the development and execution of the strategic customer stories program. Key deliverables for content: customer story blogs, social media content, and newsletters. Cross-functional content: Approved quotes and video content for paid advertising, sales collateral, and email campaigns and secured stories for earned media publications, including features in The Journal and New York Times.
